Josh & I went out to eat. At a nice restaurant.
We're big Dave Ramsey fans, and have given up a lot over these past 3 years since learning about being debt free. Holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. have all been cheapo stuff. Groceries have been bare minimum, and all fluffy stuff has been cut from the budget.
But tonight, we were celebrating. A lot more than just our anniversary (no-- we're not having kids yet-- don't get your hopes up!). I'll explain more next week.
Oh, but back to dinner! This was our appetizer. Baked brie... something... something... something. The sauce in the middle is strawberry, black pepper, and caramelized onions.
Delicious!
