Ouch. Yes, that's an E-collar. And the flower is to cover up yucky stuff that you really don't want to see. I'm pretty sure you can see his brain under that flower.
Poor Max was beyond woozy after going to the vet. He couldn't even stand up on his own! The other animals got a little jealous, but I had to give him extra special treatment.
